Physicists devote their whole lives to finding "the one theory that explains everything." What if there were a single keyword that ran through all of it, starting from the cell, passing through the human being, past the Earth and the stars, all the way to the universe? And what if that keyword were, astonishingly, the "calcium" we commonly know?
You will have the experience of the common sense and standards you had known collapsing. You were taught that calcium is a nutrient that makes bones strong. But what if that calcium were the execution button that determines the beginning and end of life? What if aging and chronic disease were not a matter of luck but a problem of the pathway along which calcium moves? Why is it that calcium becomes deficient in the bones, yet in the blood vessels and organs calcium piles up and hardens?
This is not fantasy. Starting from the natural order and essence, connecting the fragments of research papers and completing the integrated puzzle, with the single key of calcium the secret of life hidden for 3.8 billion years was solved.
This chapter is not a lecture that digs into detailed theories. It is a whole-verification review that first confirms, as a big picture, which blanks the newly established theories filled, which fragments of research they connected and how, and why that connection becomes solid upon the natural order. People, when handed one fragment at a time, begin with doubt; but at the moment the fragments interlock into a single picture, the explanation instead follows after. So in this chapter I will first spread out the whole map, and from the next chapter on I will develop deeply, one by one, why each fragment enters its place.
The Theory System at a Glance
The newly established theories divide broadly into two levels. One is the macroscopic worldview that joins cell-human-Earth-star-universe into one, and the other is the microscopic execution map that shows what is happening in my body right now.
The Upper Worldview: Calcium Code Evolutionary Cycle Theory & Calcium Cosmic Integration Theory
The upper worldview consists of two: the Calcium Code Evolutionary Cycle Theory and the Calcium Cosmic Integration Theory. Both converge on a single conclusion. It is the declaration that "calcium, beyond the level of being merely the material of bone, is the execution code that actually sets the whole cycle of life in motion, and at the same time the key mediator of the cyclical loop by which cosmic matter enters into life and returns again to nature."
The Calcium Code Evolutionary Cycle Theory is the scientific answer to "how life works (How)." If Darwin's theory of evolution explained why (Why) things change, and the Genome Project revealed what (What) it is, the Calcium Code theory identifies the method (How) that actually executes that blueprint.
The Calcium Cosmic Integration Theory is the philosophical insight into "where life comes from and where it goes (Where & Why)." It systematized the cycle in which calcium made in the stars passes through life and returns again to the cosmos.
The detailed development of these two worldviews I will address intensively in the next chapter. In this chapter I show only the whole structure first.
The Lower Execution Map: DIAH-7M Aging and Chronic Disease Pathway System
The execution map that pulled that worldview down into the reality inside the human body is DIAH-7M. If existing medicine traces the cause backward from the visible symptom, DIAH-7M starts from the 37 trillion cells, the most basic unit of the human body, and first identifies the fundamental cause at the microscopic level.
This map does not see aging and chronic disease as a list of symptoms; centered on the single absolute reference point of the movement of calcium, it binds into a single timeline the flow that runs from factor to bottleneck to manifestation to outcome.
DIAH-7M concentrates on the decline period and death period of the life cycle. Identifying the inevitable path by which we age and fall ill and reach death, and delaying that decline period, is the core focus. To use an analogy, like the difference between a map and a navigation system, it is an execution map that shows where the road becomes blocked, where things slip out, and where they harden.
Declaration of the Hierarchical Structure: The Division of Roles Between Worldview and Execution Map
Here the separation of the hierarchy is the key.
The Stage 0 design (Grand Theory) is the vessel that holds the whole cycle of life, that is, from birth to return. The Calcium Code Evolutionary Cycle Theory and the Cosmic Integration Theory belong in this place. This stage is not a medical prescription but a blueprint that shows the operating order running through life and the cosmos.
It is the worldview that binds into a single line of principle "how life begins, how it forms shape, how it reaches its peak, how it declines, how it ends, and how it returns to nature."
By contrast, DIAH-7M is the execution system that translates into the language of reality how that blueprint appears as malfunction in the decline period and death period, that is, the path by which we age and fall ill and reach death.
The upper shows the great cycle of "why, where, where to," and the lower shows "in my body right now, which stage is in progress."
If we set up this division of roles first, the reader will not be shaken no matter what disease story comes later. Because we become people who look not at the name of the disease but at the pathway and the stage.

DIAH-7M Five-Stage Pathway: The Single Pathway of Aging and Chronic Disease
DIAH-7M is a system that integrates four independent theories into a single pathway. The core discovery this system identified is the fact that 202 chronic diseases proceed along just one pathway.
If existing medicine classified and treated each disease independently, DIAH-7M shows that all those diseases begin at the same starting point (the DIAH factors), pass through the same bottleneck (MILC), and head toward the same terminus (7M).

The Calcium Paradox: The Paradox of Being Deficient Yet Overflowing
Here a core paradox appears. "In the bones calcium leaves and osteoporosis arises, yet why does calcium at the same time pile up in the blood vessels and calcification occur?"
It is the "calcium paradox" named by Professor Fujita Takuo (藤田拓男) of Japan. The answer to this paradox lies precisely in stages 2 and 3 of DIAH-7M. When calcium becomes deficient, the body forcibly takes calcium out of the bones in order to maintain the blood calcium concentration.
The calcium thus mobilized wanders through the blood unregulated and then deposits on the walls of damaged microvessels. In the end, calcium deficiency paradoxically causes calcium excess (calcification).
Once you understand this mechanism, you can see why the misconception that "calcium supplements harden the blood vessels" is dangerous. Calcium taken by mouth has its absorption amount regulated in the small intestine,
but calcium forcibly mobilized from the bones does not pass through the regulation pathway. The cause of calcification is not the calcium you eat but the calcium that, because of deficiency, leaked out of the bones.
The Genealogy of Knowledge: On the Shoulders of Giants
The newly established theories were not made out of thin air. They are the result of connecting and integrating already-verified scientific discoveries.

Darwin revealed "why things change," and Watson and Crick revealed "what is inherited." But how that blueprint "is executed" still remained a blank. The Calcium Code theory fills that blank. Starting from the calcium spark that wakes the fertilized egg, conducting every signal of the 37 trillion cells, up to the moment the last breath stops, it identifies the fact that calcium is the execution button of life.
Macro vs Micro: The Same Order, the Same Principle
The upper worldview (Calcium Code theory / Cosmic Integration Theory) and the lower execution map (DIAH-7M) astonishingly follow the same order. It means that the macroscopic life cycle and the microscopic disease pathway operate by the same principle.

What this contrast table shows is the fact that, from the birth of life to death, and from the beginning of aging to the terminus of disease, all of it is explained by the movement and regulation of the single substance calcium. Visible aging is the result of invisible calcium regulation.
Conclusion: The Meaning of the Whole Map
In the chapters ahead we will look deeply, one by one, at each region of this map.
In the next chapter I develop the Calcium Code Evolutionary Cycle Theory and the Cosmic Integration Theory intensively. I will identify in detail the secret of calcium that Dr. Ringer discovered in a frog's heart in 1883, the calcium spark that wakes the fertilized egg, the art of the ion channels that conduct the 37 trillion cells, and how the "star dust" of which Carl Sagan spoke becomes bone and returns again to the stars.
After that I will spread out the five stages of DIAH-7M each as an independent chapter, and descend while confirming the floor together with the actual research evidence.
This chapter had only one goal. It was to let you confirm, first with your eyes rather than your head, the feeling that this puzzle was not forced together but is made to interlock naturally. On that trust, please await the detailed development of the next chapter.
